Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the licence for the TDM application — that one you accept on Google Play when you install it, and it is a separate agreement with its own wording. Section 3 explains the split.

1. Who operates this site

This website is operated by DevMax Inc. of Kafr El Sheikh, Egypt ("the Publisher") — the developer and publisher of TDM: Files Download Manager. The Publisher's full postal address and verified contact details are shown under "About the developer" on the Google Play listing, and are available on request. Contact: tdm@devmax.app.

2. Using this website

You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own personal use. You may not scrape, republish or resell its content, present it as your own, or use it to train a model, without the Publisher's written permission. You may not attempt to disrupt the site or access parts of it that are not public.

This site sells nothing, takes no payment and requires no account. It is an informational site with links to Google Play.

3. The app and this website

Both belong to the Publisher, but they are governed by different documents. This matters, so it is stated plainly:

• This page does not license the app to you. Your licence to install and use TDM comes from the app's own terms together with Google Play's terms, accepted at install time. Nothing on this website grants, extends or restricts that licence.
• Google Play is the only distribution route. No APK is published here or anywhere else, and any file offered elsewhere under the TDM name did not come from the Publisher and is not signed with its key. Do not install it.
• The app's terms and privacy policy govern the app. They are linked from the Google Play listing, along with the Data safety disclosure. Please read them before installing.
• This website sells nothing. It takes no payment, requires no account and holds no data of yours beyond what the Privacy Policy describes.

4. Acceptable use of TDM

This is set out because the app is the Publisher's own and will not be marketed as something it is not. These rules come from the app's terms and from the law, and they are restated here so that nobody can say they were buried.

TDM is a general-purpose file transfer tool. It downloads files from links that you supply. It does not host, index, search for, recommend or provide any content, and it has no catalogue of its own.

The user is solely responsible for every file they download, and for having the right to download it.

TDM must not be used to:

• download, copy or distribute material protected by copyright without the permission of the rights holder or another lawful basis;
• circumvent, remove or weaken digital rights management (DRM) or any other technical protection measure — the app provides no such functionality, and attempting it is prohibited;
• extract audio or video from streaming services in breach of those services' terms;
• obtain or distribute malware, or material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that depicts the sexual exploitation of minors;
• breach any applicable law, regulation or third-party right, or the terms of any site the file is downloaded from;
• place an unreasonable load on a third-party server, or bypass an access control or paywall.

If you are looking for a tool that does any of the above, TDM is not it, and this is not the site that will help you find one.

5. Copyright and notices

Intellectual property rights are respected. Neither this website nor the Publisher hosts, stores or transmits user content, and no file service is operated, so a notice about infringing material almost always belongs with the site hosting that material rather than here.

If you believe that content published on this website infringes your copyright, write to tdm@devmax.app with: your contact details; identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the material you say is infringing; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder; and your signature. Valid notices are acted on promptly. Notices about the app itself go to the same address.

6. Price and advertising

TDM is free to install and free to use. There is no subscription, no trial that converts to a paid plan and no in-app purchase. The app is funded by advertising displayed inside it. This website sells nothing and processes no payments.

The app is advertised, including through Google Ads, and campaign performance is measured to see which campaigns lead to installs. That costs you nothing and does not change the price of the app, which is zero either way. What is measured, and what you can switch off, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Accuracy of what is published

This site describes the app as it stands at the time of writing. It changes with every release, and these pages are not always updated on the same day. Figures such as install counts and ratings are taken from Google Play and move constantly. Where the Google Play listing or the app's in-app texts differ from this site, they are correct and this site is out of date. Report it to the address in section 1 and it will be corrected.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The app is licensed to you under its own terms, accepted on Google Play, and any warranty in respect of the app can come only from those. There is no warranty that downloads made with the app will complete, that any particular transfer speed will be achieved, or that files obtained through it will be free of defects or malware. Download speed depends on your network and on the server you download from, neither of which the Publisher controls.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or device functionality, arising from your use of this website or of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Intellectual property

The TDM name, logo and application, the screenshots reproduced on this site, and the text, layout and original graphics of this website are the property of DevMax Inc.. Android, Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC; this site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
